A contractor was hired to fix a leaking concrete patio on a roof; when the
job was completed the roof still leaked. He did not come back to fix the
problem. I came in and tore out all of the concrete the previous
contractor had installed, then removed the plywood decking to see what he had
done. I found he had also tried to fix the roof joist supporting the patio
and that it was not done correctly. This picture shows how the previous
contractor had framed the roof. (picture 30)
